FunMi collects, stores and processes personal data based on its legal obligation, in connection with the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract, or in link with express consent to process his personal data for one or more specific purposes.

c) Name and/or Surname (or a nickname you choose)
d) Delivery address (with possible explanations from you)
e) Email and Phone to contact you
f) List of your orders – the products and services you ordered and the comments to them
g) Your company data, if you want an invoice – name, address, EIC, VAT number, model
h) List of your favorite products (wishlist), manually added by you
i) Mobile Device ID if you allow notifications to be received (applies to mobile apps and devices only)
Please do not provide anyone else’s personal information.
Recipients of personal data
FunMi provides personal data to third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfill its legal obligations or in connection with the protection of its legitimate interests. Recipients of personal data in this connection can be:
a) National National Agency, National Institute of Social and Environmental Sciences, Labor Inspection, other state institutions by virtue of a legal obligation.
b) occupational medicine office, credit institution for payment of duties
Within the framework of FunMi, access to the personal data of a subject is only available to employees whose immediate duties are related to the provision of the subject’s chosen service.
Period of storage of your personal data
FunMi stores your personal data no longer than the existence of your account on the site and our mobile applications. FunMi automatically deletes accounts from which no order has been created in the last 24 months. We may retain some personal data, solely pursuant to applicable law, for the relevant intended term, which could be longer than the existence of your account.
Your rights regarding the collection, storage and processing of your personal data
a) Access to your personal data
You can request the information that we store and process for you at any time by sending an e-mail in free text to email@example.com. The service is free, but in case of repetitive and excessive requests, we may impose an administrative fee.
b) Correction or addition
You can correct or supplement personal data that you consider to be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date through your FunMi profile.
You have the right to request your personal data, for the purpose of transfer, in a machine-friendly format.
c) DeletionYou have the right to request that your personal data be deleted.
d) Withdraw consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data.
If you no longer wish us to collect, store and processing your personal data, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. Once we have verified your identity, we will stop collecting, storing and processing your personal data. Since these activities are directly related to the existence of your account, it will become inactive and you will not be able to use our services.
e) Right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authorities
You can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authorities in the EU. In the Republic of Bulgaria, the competent authority is the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data.

c) Facebook Pixel
Facebook Pixel is a web service provided by Facebook Inc. for the compilation of detailed statistics of visitors to our website and mobile applications and the creation of marketing campaigns on the Facebook Inc. network. The statistics are collected on servers of Facebook Inc. When you use our services, the Facebook Pixel places a cookie on your browser, through which we can later create and target ads to you on the Facebook Inc network, in case you have an account there.
