Off-road combined with wine tasting

After purchasing a voucher, you will receive instructions on how to register it for the date and time of your choice on the email you provided. The voucher is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.

• One voucher is for two or four people.
• Walks are subject to weather conditions, as time, the
  supplier company reserves the right to cancel the reservation made and postpone it to another
  possible date for the client.
• Instructions on
  safety and operation of the relevant machine are included in the tours
• After conducting the briefing, the users of the service undertake to observe
  the safety rules during the tours.
• The users of the service should
  be persons over 14 years old age, and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Outdoor wine tasting:
  The outdoor wine tasting takes place in the presence of a
  sommelier, who will introduces you to the specifics of the selected
  varieties. You will hold your breath in front of the unfolding views, enjoying
  the surrounding nature and the refined taste of the wines.
• Indoor wine tasting:
  The indoor wine tasting awaits you precisely in the tasting room
  hall of Winery “Yalovo”, 15 km from Veliko Tarnovo. The authentic
  varieties, the pure production techniques and the artisanal approach of the
  boutique cellar will transport you to the traditions of the past. The rich
  selection of the wine list will satisfy even the most expert connoisseurs

The route has a total duration of about 2 hours and 30 minutes. The off-road walk to the village of Yalovo lasts about 1 hour. The wine tasting at the “Yalovo” winery takes place within about 1 hour. The route back to the starting point takes about 30 minutes.
The wine tasting includes: a visit to the cellar, a discussion about the history of the cellar, the region and the varieties, tasting quantities of the wines in the tasting room.
The wines are accompanied by local foods (own production) – bruschetta with lamb pate, bruschetta with fish, venison fillet, beef pastrami, sujuk.
